Mission Viejo Swim & Racquet Club General Emergency Rules
The following Temporary MVSRC Facility Use Rules are intended to make using the MVSRC facilities accessible to the membership while promoting good hygiene and proper social distancing. Please understand that the risk of infection associated with COVID-19 is an unknown and, while MVSRC is taking precautions to minimize the risk, there is no way for the risk to be completely eliminated. Thus, please understand that USE OF THIS FACILITY IS AT YOUR OWN RISK! Also, please understand that MVSRC's ability to keep its facilities open and to mitigate the risk related to COVID-19 is dependent upon everyone working together with social distancing and doing their part to keep everyone as safe as possible.

The MVSRC clubhouse is available to rent by Club Members of the Deane tract. Please note the following:
- No one under 21 is permitted to rent Club
- All parties MUST end no later than 12:00 a.m. (includes renter's clean up time)
- All fees are due 3 (three) weeks prior to event
- Cancellations MUST be made at least 3 (three) weeks before the rental date to receive a FULL refund.
- The general rules and policies of the club facility apply to all renters and their guests - see Rules & Regulations within Club Docs

Other MVSRC amenities enjoyed by the members include a large pool with a two-foot kiddy pool attached as well as a separate Jacuzzi. Summer lifeguards TBD are on duty from 12 pm until 6 pm Monday through Sunday. Pool areas are available to rent by Club members of the Deane tract.

The MVSRC contract application must be completed and
returned to the Club office for pool party consideration
- Pool Party hours are limited
- Thirty (30) guests maximum per party allowed
- We ask for two weeks notice of party to book the required number of lifeguards
- Fees must be paid 3 business days prior to party date
- Cancellations must be made 3 business days prior to party date for refund consideration
- Homeowner must be present during entire party period, including set-up and cleanup

Gas BBQs in the pool area allow members to combine a day at the pool with a BBQ breakfast, lunch or dinner. Two huge built in Gas BBQs are available for use by club members during our normal operating hours throughout the year. The summer months are the perfect time to swim, listen to music, relax and BBQ your favorite foods! NO reservation is necessary. BBQs are on a first come first serve basis with the exception of pool parties. Individuals renting the club facility indoors may also use the gas BBQs for their party food.
Other amenities are two Tennis Courts, with lights for night time play. A USPTA Instructor is available for all age groups along with Spring and Summer Tennis Camps for members and their guests. A well-rounded weight room which is open 7 days a week for members and their guests 16 years of age and older.
